Apples trees galore. They even have a late 1800s mansion on the grounds to tour. The farm has a nice gift store along with a great little barbecue place. The farm has days where you can go and pick your own apples, check their website for dates. Arbor Day farm also has an area called "treetop village. It costs $14 for adults, $12 for children 3–12 and children 2 and under is for free. The area is fun even for adults. It has a very nice lookout point along with some great wobbly suspension bridges. 😀 They also have some cool slides as well. The trails around the area, are well kept up with and very beautiful. They have a very whimsical feel to them and there are a few gnomes out and about. 😉 I even saw a deer while I was out walking trails. If you are here to visit, you can stay at the Lied Lodge on the grounds. I had just walked through the lodge and it looked nice inside. I can't tell you much about the pricing or what kind of amenities they have.

A fantastic place to visit for all ages! We loved the beautiful grounds, historic barns, apple-related food and beverages, the farmers market, and craft fair as part of the annual applejack festival in Nebraska City. Everyone was so friendly and excited to be there. It appeared that there was ample off street parking for passenger vehicles. We had a larger RV, so we opted to walk over via Doug’s Trail from Lied Lodge. It was a perfect way to experience nature on the way over, in addition to cool stuff on the farm itself. I bought a bottle of Arbor Day Farm apple cider and it was amazing! My dad loved the apple toffee. Overall, its a worthwhile experience even if you don’t visit during the annual festival.

This year-round experience is the heart of Arbor Day Farm, with fun and excitement around every bend. Travel the Tree House Trail and explore the forest canopy at Treetop Village®. Hike into the heart of the forest on the 2/3-mile South Table Creek Trail with rustic timber bridges and scenic vistas.

Had a wonderful time doing the couples night wine tasting! The ladies hosting were fantastic! All their suggestions for the wines were on point! We loved them so much we had to go down to the store and grab some bottles to go! I highly recommend doing this if you’re a couple wanting a calm evening away from the hustle and bustle of a normal date night.

We went to the restaurant and had apple pie and Mac and cheese. The pie was good, not great but good. Now the Mac and cheese is a different story. The he put no salt in the water where he over cooked the noodles in. My cousin insisted on saying something and the cook, not a chef said there is nothing wrong with that Mac and cheese. I would recommend to steer clear of eating there. The way the cook acted told me he wasn’t a chef. If he was he would not have acted like that. A true chef wants people to leave happy with his food. This guy just argued.

First time attending Apple Jack Days. A bit pricey but honestly you get your money's worth. Much of the attractions cater to the younger kids but there are a handful of things for the adults. Picking your own apples was a great remembrance of picking apples on the farm.

Visited here last weekend and it was a good time. Nice friendly crowd. They had a wine tasting tent however that was quite misleading. It wasn't a wine SAMPLING, it was alcohol SELLING. There were absolutely no prices on the flyers they handed you when you walked up. You don't realize it's $12 for four 2.5 ounce samples until you got to the front of the line. It included spiked cider, which was my favorite, and a sage & fruit wine, a sangria and something else. They were all decent but it was kind of pricey. A huge staple at all carnivals and outdoor events is kettle corn and we couldn't wait to try a bag. UNFORTUNATELY it was a real letdown. Despite having a screen to get rid of crumbs, every single bag at the counter was at least mostly larger crumbs that didn't fall through the filter. And it was expensive. I was hoping for something similar to what we found at the Gretna Days car show. Literally every piece of popcorn in that bag was large & almost perfectly round. Looking for a mediocre Apple pie? They were selling them for $25. Hardly full of apples. It was mostly thick sauce. We opted for the caramel apple and we tasted absolutely no caramel, it was basically brown decorative stripes on the top of the crust. It was a fun place to hang out but a let down with the food. The alcohol tent though in my opinion was probably worth it after consideration. It was a very nice setting surrounded by a huge green lawn with picnic tables surrounded by apple trees. It was quite scenic so I would return for that alone.

We went around 4-6 during the Apple Jack festival and it was perfect. Not too crowded, no long lines, a few open picnic tables left. The wine and cider tastings were fun. The cherry wine is amazing but $29/bottle. The apple pie with the works (ice cream and caramel sauce) was a good price $6, and was the perfect late summer treat. There were plenty of food trucks around that looked delicious as well.
